district coordinator for after school programming, I am
always looking for ways to provide a well-rounded, balanced
program of academic and enrichment activities. I am
extremely pleased to have discovered Edudance to help meet
this need in the area of dance and physical education. The
class quickly became very popular with our after school
students and there is now a sizable waiting list of students
who want to participate. We will soon expand the Edudance
Program to other district schools.”

“As principal, I have seen many changes in the students since
this class began at our school. Students who in the past were in the shadows
are stepping out as teachers and leading ballroom dance practice at recess.
Students of many different backgrounds and skill levels are interacting with
each other and supporting one another during impromptu dance sessions in the
hallways during break time. Additionally, the ballroom dance class is the
most observed middle school class at my school. This is significant because
often there is a decrease in parent participation at the middle level, but
the EduDance program is bringing in parents who want to see firsthand their
children’s favorite class.”
