This DVD is designed for you, the PE and Dance Instructor!  This instrument will provide you with step-by-step instruction in line dances such as salsa and popular ballroom rhythm dances.

Each dance is professionally demonstrated for you by our instructors with views from the front and the back for effective and easy learning.  Using popular choices of music, the timing and beat are implemented and discussed as you work through each dance. Once you have mastered the steps, you will see a demonstration  near the end  of the DVD with music for you to be able to follow. You will also find that your students will enjoy learning these popular line dances as they benefit from an excellent aerobic workout! The dances are designed to improve balance, coordination, rhythm, but most of all to teach the valuable lesson of teamwork.
